Registration for IFSA Members and Authors includes	Opening reception, coffee breaks, banquet, one book of the proceedings (in which the author has a paper or makes a selection), attendance to all sessions, and registration bag
* Extra Paper	Registration of an author includes up to two papers published in the proceedings, and if an author has another paper accepted he/she has to pay an extra fee of $120 dollars.
Registration for General Participants	Opening reception, coffee breaks, banquet, one book of the proceedings (the participant has to make a selection out of the edited books), attendance to all sessions, and registration bag
**Registration for Student Authors	Opening reception, coffee breaks, one book of the proceedings and registration bag A Student has to send a Letter from his/her institution in which it is stated the student status

Important Note:

The Proceedings of IFSA 2007 will be published by Springer-Verlag as a combination of several Edited Books from two respected series (Lecture Notes of Computer Science and Advances in Soft Computing). Registered authors are entitled to one of the edited books, preferably the one in which they have a paper published. If an author has two papers (or more) published in different books he/she has to select which one is preferred. Information about the book in which papers will appear will be given by the Chairs of IFSA or Special Session Organizers in due time.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

FULL REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS COMPLETED UNTIL THE CORRESPONDING PROOF OF PAYMENT AND COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM ARE SUBMITTED TO THE IFSA 2007 CHAIR.

THE REGISTRATION FEE VALID AT DATE OF PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

 

REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS ON SITE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATERIALS AVAILABILITY (CONGRESS BAG, PUBLICATIONS, ETC.).

 

AUTHORS MUST REGISTER WITH PAYMENT BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF FEBRUARY 28 TO ENSURE PUBLICATION OF THEIR PAPERS IN THE PROCEEDINGS

 

Author’s Registration Cancellations can only be received in writing before May 15th of 2007, and will be refunded less US$ 200 administration fee 

 

After the deadline of May 15^th, 2007, no reimbursing of registrations will be accepted, but transfer of registrations (name changes) will be considered at a fee of US$ 20 each

 

General Participant’s Cancellations will be reimbursed before May 15^th of 2007, less a US$150 fee

 

IFSA ORGANIZERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS AND/OR HEALTH OF THE PARTICIPANTS

EACH PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER INSURANCE AND SAFETY

 

IFSA ORGANIZERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VISAS TO ENTER MEXICO

EACH PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING IF A VISA IS NEEDED TO ENTER MEXICO

Dear authors please DO NOT USE ANY COURIER SERVICE to send your packages with registration forms and payment because these services DO NOT MAKE DELIVERIES to PO Boxes. If you use this service the packages will be return to you by the same company as they will not be able to make the deliver process.

 

Also, do not use registered mail to send your packages, because this causes delays in delivery. We recommend using regular airmail for sending the registration
